Reading all these books inspired me to write a story of my own.. so here it goes!

What I saw across the street caused me to jump, squeal and have a strange urge to cuddle and snuggle with it! Right across the street was the most adorable kitten I had ever seen! It had big eyes and was a tabby. I glanced at it’s neck and there was a purple collar with something attached to it. The kittens big eyes were shining with tears and I wondered how cruel the last owner had been to it and why it would leave such a lovable kitten on the street. I picked it up and looked at the collar to see if there was a phone number on it. There was only a small vial with a milky white substance in it. ”Hmm...maybe it’s some medicine or food? Do you need some medicine?”, I said in a baby voice while gently tapping its nose. I thought about what to do for some time and then decided to take the kitten home with me. There was no one else on the street and the kitten didn’t have a number on his collar so it made sense to take him home. I walked back home and when we got there I realized that I needed to give him a name, I thought that “Tiger” would work out since he had stripes. Once we got home, he looked a bit hungry but we didn’t have any cat food so I fed him the stuff in his vial and went up to my room to read. I noticed, after some time that the floor was slightly shaking. I went downstairs and almost screamed! The kitten had turned into a huge tiger! It prowled toward me in a very menacing way. I slowly backed away and softly said “Nice kitty...who’s a nice kitty..?” I frantically tried to think of a way to fix this. “Oh! Maybe it was the stuff in the vial.”, I thought to myself, “What if I give it more? It might reverse the process!” I wasn’t sure but I took the chance anyway. I nimbly leaped at the tiger and grabbed the vial. Then I ran up to my room and took an empty cookie bowl off my desk. I poured in the rest of the bottle and hopped downstairs. I put the bowl in front of the tiger, not a second too soon. The tiger looked like it wanted to eat me but it focused on the bowl instead. Soon it started to lap the potion up, there was a blinding blast and then there was a kitten again. Tiger slowly fell asleep, it looked like being a tiger had wore him out. “Well, you are on fierce kitten, Tiger” I softly murmered.
The End!
